The quickest way is to take the FEX train to Potsdamer Platz and change there to the U2 line to Stadtmitte. The total journey takes 35–45 minutes and costs €5.00 (you need an ABC zone ticket). We are located at Mauerstraße 81-82, just a 3-minute walk from Checkpoint Charlie, right in the heart of the city. You can walk to Gendarmenmarkt in 10 minutes, Potsdamer Platz in 15 minutes, and the Brandenburg Gate in 16 minutes. Yes, we have private parking spaces, but they are limited and subject to availability. We recommend reserving your parking space before arrival so that we can confirm the current rate, access details and the maximum permitted vehicle height. The Kochstraße/Checkpoint Charlie and Stadtmitte stations are about a 4-minute walk from Hotel Gat Point Charlie.

Kochstraße connects to the U6 line, while Stadtmitte connects to the U2 and U6 lines. From these stations, you can easily reach Alexanderplatz, Potsdamer Platz, Friedrichstraße, Zoologischer Garten and other key areas of Berlin. The official check-in time is 3:00 pm, but we offer a free luggage storage service, so you can leave your bags with us as soon as you arrive. If your room is already ready when you arrive, we’ll be happy to give you the keys straight away. To secure benefits such as early check-in, we recommend checking the conditions on our website.

We offer completely free luggage storage after check-out, which must be completed by 12:00 pm. If you would prefer to stay and relax in your room for a few more hours, ask us about our late check-out service (subject to availability and possible additional charges).
